The Welts are an alternative garage rock band based in Asbury Park, NJ, founded by Michael Wheeler in 2014. Originally conceived as an indie punk group, the band has evolved into a wide-ranging alt rock outfit, playing music described as “live and raw, but polished”. They’ve released four EP’s, which can be streamed on Apple Music and Spotify.
